At VAYSTRA, every piece is crafted with attention to detail and produced specially after your order is placed.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect size sent from our side

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video proof (mandatory)

Without proper proof, the request may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences

  • Minor print placement variations within acceptable production standards

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Replacement orders are processed within 5–7 business days
    or

  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once the order is processed for production, cancellation may not be possible.
