At VAYSTRA, every order is specially prepared after purchase through our print-on-demand production process.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping on most prepaid orders across India.

For certain locations or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional shipping or COD handling charges may apply at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes across India.

VAYSTRA reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, locations, or high-risk transactions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational issues, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VAYSTRA is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address or contact information provided during checkout.
